Kramat Jati Urban Village Investment and One Integrated Service Implementer Unit Head, Retno Ristiarini, said the mobile service is held to ease traders to get Business License Number (NIB).

Retno stated that traders' interest in the mobile service is very high, because they do not have to leave their trading activities while processing the NIB.
"Traders responded very happily. Because the service is fast, it's finished straight away and they don't have to leave their business," she stated.
According to Retno, her side also provided similar service at Coaching Area and Jambul Market Cililitan. Her side has published 100 NIBs at Cililitan Coaching Area and 45 NIBs at Jambul Market.
Taryuni (47), one of clothing traders at Kramat Jati Market, felt helpful with mobile service provided at the area.
"NIB is important for traders as identity and facility to get loan on bank," she admitted.
